For all you in the warmth of wherever,
I thought some of you would enjoy seeing
my video short of the snowstorm we're having.
We took it through a back door window.
(Sorry about viewing the screen too.)
(Sorry about viewing the screen too.)
It's been at it like this ALL day yesterday and now today!
I didn't speed it up or make any enhancements of any kind....
it's really amazing how fast it is coming down, isn't it?
I really DO love winter's beautiful splendor!

It is gorgeous! We are getting single digit temperatures but no snow.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, even through the screen. It isn't warm here in Georgia, cold and windy.
ReplyDeleteWow. I have barely seen snow in my lifetime. I could not fathom this kind of snow.
ReplyDeleteStay warm and safe.

What a BEAUTIFUL sight!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is really beautiful, Michele. Thanks for posting the video--I'll have to show it to the kids! Dee :)
ReplyDeleteMichele,
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU for that LIVE action short, you won't believe how much I miss the snow! What a beautiful landscape right outside your door! How lucky you are! Enjoy!!

It's like that here as well. But my view is not as pretty because we live in suburbia and are surrounded by other houses.
ReplyDeleteOh my word, I remember when we lived in Oregon how it snowed like that. It is beautiful to see, just not so pretty to be in. Sorry, but it was 72 yesterday and 81 the day before. Suppossed to be about 75 today. Wish you were here to warm up. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteWhat's that old saying- Your home is my home? Well, in this your view is just like mine...and I, for one, am TIRED of it!!!!! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteIt is so beautiful...and peaceful! We are having really cold temps but no snow. I kind of wish it would snow if it is going to be this cold. Then again with the wind we are having it would probably be more like a blizzard?!?! LOL
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
~Des
Yes, it looks pretty out there, kinda like my backyard too. Good if you don't have to go out.
ReplyDeleteJudith
It's very much like this here in Chicago, as well, Michele. I have to say, you have a beautiful view out your door! :)
ReplyDeleteXO,
Jane
I love it!! We are not getting any here...yet they had predicted we would...maybe it's been delayed. Anyway...your yard is beautiful!! I love all of the pine trees!!
ReplyDeleteSharon
It looks pretty there Michele. We got more snow overnight and it was very pretty on the trees this morning. It's cold and blowing this afternoon though. Not pleasant out there! Enjoy your snow.
ReplyDeleteWOW, I can't believe how much snow you have. It is beautiful and your video was so good. That is as close as I want to get to it LOL. I guess I am a sissy living in SO CA. I'm cold if it's 70 degrees. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely video.
ReplyDeleteMary
It was 72 here today. Will be 17 tomorrow. Crazy.
ReplyDeleteBrenda
it all looks so pretty.. you did a great video Michele.. enjoy it and stay warm..
ReplyDeleteMichele, I see Brenda's comment above. Yes, we had snow on Friday, 70s this weekend, and tomorrow it will be back in the low 20s or teens. Crazy weather. Stay warm and cozy.
ReplyDeleteOh, wow! That looks v-e-r-y cold! The Man and I are from Houston but have been in San Antonio hanging out for the week. I met a woman yesterday from Columbus, OH. She said they left zero temps at home. I told her we didn't do zero in our neck of the woods. Lawdy mercy!
ReplyDeleteOh, I am not ready for any more. Your is beautiful. But it is something how cold this winter has been.
ReplyDeleteSherry
Michele I needed that right now,we are back into a heat wave of in the 40's c's every day this week even up to 45 c I loved imagining tramping through that lovely crisp cold snow. x
ReplyDeleteWow, it is coming down fast, and you have quite an accumulation.
ReplyDeleteStay safe and warm.
Hi Michele, somehow the video isn't showing up for me, but I've heard all about the snow from my mom and sister. I was at the park with some of my grands yesterday and it was in the 70's. Today it's a different story... back to freezing temps! xo
ReplyDeleteW-O-W! Certainly never seen snow coming down that fast down here ... but I am deliriously happy that weather forecasters are saying we now have an 80 percent chance of snow tomorrow, and Newnan (near Atlanta) is in the zone that may get some snow! Yippee!
ReplyDeleteOh my Michelle! That is a ton of snow! I hope that it has slowed down. Here, we had only a little sprinkling last week, but it was so cold, we still have some of it. Tomorrow it may snow again. Which is rare here. Sounds like good hot tea weather : )
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Terri
Western PA here...we got a lot of snow this weekend too :) It's sunny and bright out right now though! :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you did the video. That is a ton of snow and so much coming down. It is beautiful. Hope it doesn't linger too long and that you are cozy and warm and have everything you need. Glad we can share all around the country what we are experiencing.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit.
Now that is a ton of snow Michele!!! We really wish we would have gotten some today but winter is not over yet!;)
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness...I've only seen it snow three times- once in the local mountains and twice in Canada, but they were very light snowfalls and didn't stay on the ground long. This looks gorgeous, but cold. Brrrr! Thanks for sharing this video. It has been in the 70's and 80's all January here. Doesn't feel like winter to me.
