Love your little turkey gravy boat. He's a real cutie!!! I haven't done a thing decorating for Thanksgiving yet and if I don't do it soon, their won't be any need to. Yikes!

I wonder what you'll come back with! These vintage items are wonderful and so nice to have the tradition of using them each year.
ReplyDeleteLove the grass turkey and the vintage pheasant. It looks like you're getting all set for the big day. I find it hard to remember that my US friends are still doing fall and thanksgiving. lol I'm starting my Christmas decorating this week. But no tree yet. :)
ReplyDeleteLove all your vintage items. Hope you find lots of treasures on your shopping trip with your sister. Have a super week.

I've been trying to find an affordable turkey for a long time. Your natural coconut one is really nice! I think Pottery Barn has something this year that is more on the natural vein like this, but I don't want to pay thei price! Your turkey tureen is cute! Hope you had fun thrifting!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pieces, Michele. I especially like the turkey, the metal cornucopia, and the little white pumpkins!
ReplyDeleteI always love seeing your decor! In fact, I actually thought of you while I was browsing in Hobby Lobby today. They have these winter white cups and saucers, plates, etc. that are sort of like a Hobby Lobby version of Vietri. I think they had something wintry like pinecones on them, maybe. Anyway, I stood there looking at them and thought, "I'll bet Michele would set a great table with these!" (That's when you know you read blogs too much, when you're out doing some "imaginary shopping" for your blog girlfriends, ha!)
ReplyDeleteWonderful Thanksgiving treasures Michele. I love the tureen! The vintage pheasant is super cool also. I have a cornucopia just like that out on my porch. My sis was going to give it to a thrift so I brought it home. Wondered if she was wishing she had it now it's Thanksgiving. Was going to ask her if she wanted it back. Have fun with your sis! Find treasures!!!!!!!!
