As we ease away from Halloween
and work our way towards Thanksgiving-
here are a few of our light and natural
autumn-themed pieces to share with you.
Be it linen or burlap, leaves, twigs, stone or metal stamped leaves-
natural & neutral elements work well in any home.
Boiled wool, wicker and raffia make wonderful
natural elements
to bring a warm, rustic and cozy look to your space
A simple tucked-away ironstone pumpkin inside
a shabby chicken-wire cloche pair well together.
A slender white entryway hall foyer cabinet
holds some easy pieces for a subtle nod to autumn
Keep stocked up for the scent of autumn -
White Barn Candle Company's "Leaves" is a true favorite!
Or this sweet little harvest moon votive candle holder -
the first gift I ever gave my husband - and he kept it!
We recently celebrated our 14th "Dataversary!"
Sometimes simply just switching pillows brings in
a little fall colour
to a space without too much fuss or expense!
Having a cabinet to display seasonal favorites
is a true blessing.
is a true blessing.
Couldn't find real mini boos this year
so we hope to grow our own
in our own garden next year!
Nothing says "November" like acorns -
found these handmade sculpted ones from an Etsy artist
a few years ago.
a few years ago.
Take a simple vessel and fill with fresh coffee beans;
nestle down a candle inside (esp vanilla) and
when it burns it delights the senses with sweet aromas!
This was given to me as a hostess gift from
my dear friend Melinda. ♥
Little subtle touches go a long way to hint at a season-
such as this change of colour of candle
and/or candle ring inside my lantern.
Soon I'll be sharing where I use traditional
harvest colours in our nest.
As always, thanks for your visit!
♥
~Michele
