Oh how I love my dear Patricia's painting talents!
And this winter cutie can even stay out until the snow melts!
This is my eldest daughter's mother-in-law's talented hand.
She (Patricia) gave me this toile painted wooden charger plate
for Christmas 1999.
It is truly one of my most treasured items.
BTW:
The first picture on this post I took the liberty of adding falling snow
through with Picmonkey for a bit of fun.
(The original isn't splattered with the white stuff.)
I just got a little carried away celebrating the pretty snowfall we had recently, and the beautiful winter we're having....
...which incidentally Patricia hates with every fibre of her being -
which is probably why she didn't splatter this pretty painting
with extra snow bits, perhaps? Haha.
It is so danged adorable!
Look at the sheer joy on the snowman's face!
Note the stuffed animal with snow bits on his paws.
The fuzziness of the earmuffs and pom-pons look real!
Everytime I see this I smile.
It brings me such happy feelings.
Does it do that to you?
Does it put joy in your heart
and make you smile, too?
And in 13+ more years painting practice she has gotten even better,
if that's even possible.
(She really amazes us with her mad skills!)
THANK YOU SO MUCH, PATRICIA!

AS ALWAYS, THANKS FOR STOPPING BY !
