CHINA FLOWERS

I attend local auctions throughout the year
to find treasures for myself, for others, and to sell.

The auctions I always enjoy the most are held at elderly folks' estates.

   This one is
     Royal Adderley

So many of their treasures are so unique and precious.....

(Such as these beautiful English china floral arrangements.)

This one is Aynsley

Flowers so realistic one can practically SMELL their fragrance!

The next two are Radnor of England
(This one is really quite large.)

One can practically FEEL just how much they were loved.

If it is simply too hot for most of our flowers to prosper outdoors here.
At least we have these pretty florals to bring us beauty!

Have a beautiful week, my friends!

  2. Very pretty. Somewhere in this house, I have some, too. Wonder where they've run off to. I had no idea that they are collectible now.

  6. These are gorgeous Michele. They remind me so much of my MIL. She loved roses and the color peach. She had a couple similar to these with peach roses.

  14. I absolutely love these. In the antiques trade they are generically but descriptively called Staffordshire Posies, as most were made in the county of England. It is a lost art, most of the potteries are closed, and they were all hand made. We often watched them made on our visits to the potteries. I so regret their passing. They are truly little hand made works of art. Thanks for sharing your wonderful collection.

  15. I love these pretty blooms and hey...you can enjoy them all year round and for ever! Gorgeous porcelain beauties, I love this kind of vintage things, they also remind me of Italian Capodimonte. Ant.& Teacups says they look English, I'm sure she knows. Beautiful collection! Thank you for dropping by sweet lady.
