A tea moment with a family rosary......

There is never a better time for prayer than when taking tea.  It should be a quiet, relaxing special time just for oneself, to reflect and give thanks.

One needs to find quiet moments such as these -it is imperative to one's soul.

It is especially important to take time for prayer during the holy Lenten season....to remember the true Reason for the Season.................

Even the bunnies romping in the clover think so!

  1. That is a beautiful rosary. Instead of giving up something for Lent, I chose to give more time for devotions.

  3. Hi Michele,

What beautiful vignettes you've arranged! I've never seen rosary beads like this; they're so pretty. I noticed your Irish crucifix -- I've never seen one like that either. The last time my husband had to go to Ireland on business, he asked what I wanted him to bring me, and I asked for a celtic cross necklace. We're Methodist, not Catholic, but I do love the celtic crosses.

Thanks for your sweet comments on my Ireland posts. How funny that you saw the sheep dyed different colors. We didn't see any like that, but I think we saw most from a distance. They do make such wonderful wool products there. My MIL brought me a hat and scarf when they went over six or seven years ago, and I've gotten so many compliments on them. The wool is so fine and soft; I really love it.

Hope you have a great weekend. :)
