Oh how I adore all things pretty and girlie and pink! Today I simply wanted to share an old spring tea vignette I did some time ago with the sweeeetest pair of pink vintage summer gloves. The teapot is vintage Arthur Wood, the sugar and creamer were made in England too. The leaded crystal vase holding some ivy I cut from a large plant in the house is Waterford - a wedding gift from my dear friends in church choir. I was a member of the choir for years before I moved. There is a heart shaped front to this crystal vase but the way I photographed it one cannot tell.
There's just a hint of the sweet pink tablecloth showing.

Pretty in Pink! Your tea set is lovely! Happy Tea Day!
ReplyDeleteHi Michele,
ReplyDeleteYour tea table is so very pretty in pink and so are the gloves. The teapot is gorgeous! The cream and sugar sitting on the little tray are lovely too. Thank you so much for sharing this with us at Tea Time.
I couldn't help but notice your little birdie s/p shakers. What a cute pair they make and I'm so glad you found them! Have a lovely day.
Blessings,
Sandi
Hi Michele,
ReplyDeletewhat a lovely setting. I have white handcrochet gloves from my wedding, which I purchased in France from a Lady near Chartres. Yours remind me so much. Thank you for this wonderful tea time.
Best greetings, Johanna
A pretty tea table, very feminine. I think your pink gloves are the same as my white ones...I like them better in pink.
